Nine Inch Nails Trent Reznor Sold his home for $4.5M
Built in 1966, the 4,300-square-foot dwelling has definitely been altered since then. The listing says the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house now includes an enormous kitchen, what appear to be double-high ceilings in the living room, and a tricked-out master suite with a private balcony and “an illuminated stone wall” in the master bathroom. Fellow musicians and composers would definitely enjoy the property’s garage, which has been converted into a soundproofed music studio. There’s also an on-site a backup generator, because that studio has probably blown the fuses a few times.
Reznor bought this house in 2007 for $4.1875 million, Trulia says. He’s now selling it for $4.495 million.
